Kiteboarding or Parasailing accident?

Man breaks leg in parasailing accident TAMPA - A 31-year old Tampa man broke his leg Sunday in a parasailing accident at the dead end of Cypress Street. (Close to TIA, good kiteboard spot) According to Tampa Police, Kent Kardama was parasailing just before 4 p.m. when the wind picked up his parachute and began carrying it inland. He let go of the parachute, but a guideline attached wrapped around his leg, reports state. Kardama slammed into a steel pole and broke his leg. He was taken to a hospital for surgery.
