Super Glue works well if you clean the surfaces and roughen the bladder with sandpaper. Apply pressure around the valve seat for several hours before installing and inflating the repaired bladder.

IMO "Shoe Goo" has done the trick for me as far as valve stem to bladder repairs.
But don't be in a rush, let it dry for the full 24hrs or you've just wasted your time. |

I have tryed everything
it will work for a few hours and then your kite will deflate, save your self the trouble (getting stuck out and having to self rescue your self), and get a new bladder or a new kite.
