The Kitehouse Cayman islands has something for everybody. Whether you are a beginning kiteboarder, an experienced rider, or if you are not a kiteboarder, the Kitehouse has the activity for you. We have ideal kiteboarding conditions, world-class scuba diving, pristine paddling and kayaking, clear warm water, relaxing beaches all on a tranquil Caribbean island, what else could you ask for?





Temperature in the air and water is in the high 70s/low 80s all winter. There is wind most the year, with the most consistent wind coming during winter. Most days are at least 15 knots, but 20-30 knots is common. So when those cold fronts come through Florida, and you want warm riding conditions, Cayman is just a short flight away. We are only an hour away from Miami.



Beginners and freestylers love the calm flat water inside the reef. Sandy sandbars and long downwinders in protected water make learning how to ride that much easier.





Wave riders enjoy easy access to waves breaking on the barrier reef that circles the island. No matter what the wind direction there is always somewhere to ride.



The Kitehouse offers a full range of services for kiteboarders, including instruction, water taxi, kite safaris, gear rental and sales. Our lessons are boat based, each lesson is customized to each student’s level. The focus is on making each student a safe and independent kiteboarder. Private and group lessons are available.





For the more experienced rider we offer advanced lessons, kite safaris, gear rental, sales and storage. Come ride with us, you can improve your tricks or just have a local guide show you some of the best kiting spot’s. Leave your gear at home and use ours. We have the newest Cabrinha gear on the market.





The Kitehouse’s partnership with Ocean Frontiers Dive center and Compass Point Resort makes us Cayman Island’s premier watersports destination. Not only do we offer Kiteboarding but also scuba diving, stand up paddleboarding, kayaking and snorkelling. With 1 and 2 bedroom luxury accommodation, a dive and kite shop onsite we are truly your one stop watersports destination center.

3 day package:

3 nights accommodation and 3 x 2hr Kitehouse lessons for $1235.00 US, per person.
*You can Bring-a-Friend for $50 per lesson.
Offer includes 3 nights in a one-bedroom ocean front condo with 3 private kite lessons. All rooms have their own kitchenette and are a step away from our kite and dive boats. Kite lessons are private and customized to each student's ability. The lessons are boat based, on a shallow open sandbar. Also included Car rental for entire stay. *Room rates are based on double occupancy including tax.

5 day package:

5 nights accommodation and 5 x 2hr Kitehouse lessons for $1990 US, per person.

Offer includes 5 nights in a one-bedroom ocean front condo with 5 private lessons. All rooms have their own kitchenette and are a step away from our kite and dive boats. 7 nights accommodation and 7 x 2hour Kitehouse lessons for $2715.00 US, per person
