IKO Assistant ITC begins 9-17-11

Kiteboarding Tampa Bay is experiencing exponential growth and hiring several IKO Assistant Instructors for 2012. We're conducting IKO Assistant ITC training beginning 9-17-11, and providing this training free of charge to all interested parties- including our competitors.

The Assistant ITC is a prerequisite for employment with KTB, and for becoming an IKO Level 1 Instructor. Course is $50.00 and Instructor Coverage is $250.00/ yr.

If you have already taken the Level 1 ITC and need shadowing, I would be happy to help you log your hours and complete the course.

Assistant Instructors will be able to obtain Instructor Liability insurance and have several options for IKO certified instructors in the area to work with.

The next step to become an independent instructor is to take the IKO Level 1 Instructor ITC in Miami, which is 790.00. Check with Christophe at Miami Kiteboarding for ITC training schedule (runs every 2 months I think)

Christophe at Miami Kiteboarding has 2 IKO ITC's coming up. Here's your chance to get certified as an Independent Instructor (790.00) and obtain coverage for as low as 250.00/ yr. He trained most of the IKO Instructors around here, (including myself) and does a great job running the course. Crandon is an awesome place for it too!
