nearly a perfect day..

2+ hours LITT in the AM

lunch w/ my beautiful gal (she had to work today)

2+ hours of great sailing w/ Dan in the afternoon on our sailboat w/ 6 pack o' brew.

tonight.. work is throwing party at Seminole Hard Rock and giving out free 30 $ spending $$$ for games and poker..

now if the Tampa Bay Lightning can pull off a win against the Anaheim Ducks.. we are talking PERFECT day..

just rode over near north skyway from 2pm - 7pm on the new 16m waroo. It's awesome, I love it. I measured 7-10mph FROM THE SANDBAR with my wind meter. I went out on the 16m waroo and was doing big long floaty jumps. I love this thing.

Then it picked up to 15 (solid 15, measured from the sandbar) and I tried a kiteloop. I forgot I was only on a 45cm bar and the loop was big, fast and powerful. It took me by surprise. When I came around I think I was probably 10 feet up and accelerating down head first. Basically I got worked and did not try it again because it hurt like hell. ops: :lol:

I guess these flat kites DO generate a lot of looping power! Going to need to figure that out.

Seems like Waroos are invading North Skyway. I can think of 8 waroo riders right off the top of my head. Haven't seen many slingshot fuels lately.

That's because me, Erick, Hauss all had Octanes up yesterday Tom. Sorry to burst your bubble...
