In the USA, Corpus Christi, Padre Island to the west and Cape Hatteras to the north are the closest wind destinations that come to mind.
Down in the Caribbean, Cabarate, parts of Puerto Rico, the Margarita-Aruba latitudes and of course Brazil come to mind. I heard they get some nice thermal wind activity on the northern coast of Jamaica but have yet to verify this.
