New Kiter looking for instructor- Mad Beach area
Looking to get into this sport this summer, and would like to get hooked up with a good instructor to help me out. New to Kiting, but used to surf and am an avid skiier; in fact Im still in Vail, CO resting my legs afetr a very snowy winter but getting ready to leave on long road trip back home to St Petersburg. Ive been using a land kite to get down all the basics, and will start landboarding to further advance before my water lessons start.
I have my own 25 foot panga with a huge open deck that will be ideal for kiting from... only draws 10 inches and cuts through chop with ease; so we will be able to access ideal safe learning sites. Can trailer boat anywhere in Pinellas. Please provide names of instructors, thanks. |

If you want to learn how to kiteboard this season you r time is running out as there is probably about a month left of good wind. Summer here is very hit or miss and this past season itself has been mostly miss.
A good starting point would be Water Sports West or Tampabay Kiteboarding. |
