CUSTOMER SERVICE / INSIDE SALES REP (Doral)
Fast paced, growing watersports equipment distributor seeking energetic Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.
Requirements:
• Sales and/or Customer Service Experience a plus
• Strong communication skills – written and oral
• Detail oriented, energetic, enthusiastic and organized
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-based environment
• Strong computer skills – Outlook,Word, Excel
• Must be able to multi-task
• Bilingual English / Spanish required, Portuguese a plus
Job Description:
• Inbound and Outbound Sales
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Order Entry
• Answering dealer inquiries via email, phone, fax, skype, etc
• Manage Back Orders – reporting and communication to dealers
• AdHoc sales reporting
• Troubleshoot customer service issues
• Assisting in tradeshows and other events
• Occasional coverage – in retail store and in warehouse
Hours:
40+ hours M-F 9:30-6:30 with occasional need to help on weekends or off hours for special events or trade shows
