Maybe I'm daft, where is the site that calls for N 15-25?
All I see is this: COASTAL WATERS FROM COCOA BEACH TO JUPITER INLET OUT 20 NM- 409 AM EST WED NOV 21 2007 FRIDAY WEST WINDS 5 TO 10 KNOTS BECOMING NORTHWEST 10 TO 15 KNOTS IN THE AFTERNOON. SEAS 3 TO 5 FEET. A MODERATE CHOP ON THE INTRACOASTAL WATERS. CHANCE OF SHOWERS. FRIDAY NIGHT NORTHEAST WINDS AROUND 15 KNOTS BECOMING EAST AROUND 10 KNOTS AFTER MIDNIGHT. SEAS 4 TO 6 FEET. Looks like they had a good session from the photos. The wind shifted N to NNE after about 10:30 am and boosted into the mid to high teens with gusts into the 20's mph range. They had some nice swells too, looked close to head high. They got lucky with the front, looks like it timed out just right.
