What time did you guys leave? I am completely bummed out. Will try and get an afternoon sesh in today, maybe EB if it stays NE or PAG if it turns more out of the west??? I should be at the beach by 5pm, anyone going today???
toby if you had my light up fins, you could have played tag with the sharks

More like they are playing tag with you and you are playing hide and seek with them since they can see you but you can't see them

I want to do a computer animation showing what it would look like from underwater at the Shark's Perspective while a Kite Boarder is cruising over the surface of their world. Woudn't that be cool? Maybe we can find some kinda underwater mico cam to place on the bottom of the board!

Ok... so my imagination is a little whacked! But thats why I get paid the big bucks... no wait... I don't get paid sheot!!!

Hey,

It's GOT to be better than Bob's approach of dangling a glo-stick right where his dangly is!!

I keep it on my harness bar... so people can see me (so we don't collide on the water) and so they can find me when I end up hurt somewhere in the dark. Also so I can see the quick release, and the hook when I am trying to hook or unhook. Also, so when they come in to land, they know I am another rider willing to catch their kite, not just some guy walking the beach at night.

I don't think lights on kites help much... they aren't bright enough, and they are usually hidden by the canopy anyway.

thanx for the idea....
i high intensity LED light connected to the fifth line about 10-15ft from the kite, this should be enough to light up the kite.... man this could be fun....

so, I'm seriously in need of advice on where to ride come 5 pm...
