Nope, more like mid to high 50's with gusty 20 to 30's type of conditions.

Get lotsa neoprene, I have a 5/3 and gloves and hood for those early morning DP's

p.s. it helps to put on your nice warm and predried neoprene on at home as opposed to wet from last session and cold at the beach
