THERE IS WIND AND I'M AT WORK
100% sure I will be doing an after work run, anyone else headed out this evening, I think I will be hitting commercial or Hammock park in Boynton.

But there is wind... someone needs to get your priorities strait, riding till sunset never hurt anyone.

I was going it hit it early but the wind shifted offshore and is still there. I have a presentation to make in Ft. Lauderdale late in the afternoon. After that, I hope to hit it and checkout this new Waroo Pro in powered conditions.

Hope you caught it down south this evening
Boynton switched NW and shut me down on my 10M, anywhere out 200 yards from the beach was good . But get any closer then that and the land would rob the wind. I was able to ride for 15 minutes- Tops Nothing like having a 10M start to drop from lack of wind, fold in 1/2, drift into the power zone ~ then correct itself while powering back up  YeeeHaaaa ~ Side Offshore winds........ Gotta love'm :P |

Ditto down in Ft. Lauderdale. After starting a presentation late over in Pt. Everglades, they SHUT DOWN I-595 (Pres. Bush in town?) and hassling through boat show traffic and parking, I was able to hit the beach. JUST in time for an offshore shift. I went out anyway for a while, about 15 min. too, was able to make it in despite failing winds and called it a day. N to NNW down here means threading through a bunch of mountainous condos. Yuck! Well there is always next time ...
