Key word in this is advice is DEAD.

If you are suggesting to ride on the north side of the causway, you are recommending that someone lauch a kite with in 10 to 30 yards at best DEAD upwind of high voltage lines, a steel guardrail, and a very busy roadway. If you are on the southside of the causeway it is DEAD off shore.

Please don't ride the north side of Dunedin Causeway.
