lower boca ciega bay is the best.
tierra verde bridge AKA 10 penny beach(polesurfer spot) and east beach are good launch/land spotz.
at med2high tide you got just enouph draft that you'll b fine
tampa?... all i know iz cypress and picnic
i think apollo beach might work4 ya...
