I can't promise, but it very commonly fills in at 8am or so until 10 on days like today.
It's not as windy as I thought it would be. I think it is definitely 15 knots at the moment b/c of the movement in my yard.

If I wanted guaranteed nuking wind and my schedule permitted, I would come out to the SW at 6 or 6:30pm and plan on the 25 to 30 nuke while the sun is setting.
I have all day off and live 5 minutes from the SW, so it's a no brainer what I will do.
I am leaving right now.
