System Update, Anyone Getting Sore Yet?
I recall something like this when I was in high school. The winds would honk out of the NE for 5 to 7 days solid in September or October. We would have three breaker lines over the three reefs off Ft. Lauderdale, from 10 to 90 ft. of water, powerful waves. I would be pissed about the lousy viz., dreaming about dropping on the deep reef to dive from a helicopter as boating out there wasn't easily done. Where did this fall tradition go? Anyway, it seems to be back, at least in the southerly portions of the state. I think I explored the comfortable upper limits for short intervals on the Contra 14 m tonight. Wind and waves, here anyway, gotta love it!
How are folks faring in other parts of the state?
