Hey Brad,
I would recommend moving up the scheduling for required gear and posted rules. It would be a shame to fall victim to something that should be a boon for the local kiting community. Like we were discussing, luck doesn't last forever. I think some might agree right now. Take care and if you go in that direction, we'll help to spread the word.
