Sunset 6/10
Yesterday was a blast. Picked up enough where I could get up on my 15m Convert. A huge thanks to Bob that got my board for me out where I couldn't stand. Let's hope today it picks up again. Last day off before I leave town for work.
-Tyler "TheCooler" The day before. Howards HUGE kite. |

After watching the videos I have to say something. Although the winds were probably light, they were on-shore. And riding among swimmers is definitely not safe as well as flying the kite along the beach at low levels. All we need is for a non-kiter to get injured and we'll get banned. Try walking out past the swim buoys when the wind is on-shore. And stay away from the swimmers. I've seen it all too often at SB when there are on-shore winds and everyone wants to do their tricks 10 feet off the beach. Please let's use some common sense and be safe.
