Handlepasses do not require strength... uh yeah right!
This pic says it all.

Yeah. No doubt. Bill is very strong, pound per pound.
I saw a video of some FSU guys training. I will try to find it. You may not have to be absolutely powerful, but relative to body weight, you better be. Too hard for me, at the moment. :???: |

That guy in the grey shirt is in for a nasty surprise... he always grabs the bar backwards during the pass.
The other guy has it right. I've almost got dangles on the tree (without swinging or jumping)... I need to shed some more weight and keep working on them (and allow time for the shoulders to recover). |

They looked the same to me. What am I missing?
I tried that once today, it ain't happening until I get stronger. |

Strength AND youth. Why arent there any 40-something Olympic Gymnasts? maybe its becouse they have all shredded their shoulders......rotator cuffs just dont repair like when you are in your twentys. Im staying with perfecting my danglin' and surfing. Maybe someday they will legalize stem cell research and i can get my shoulders rebuilt at Walmart.....untill then ill stick to dumpster diving behind local abortion clinics (dont ask....tip: get em' fresh)
