Friday 21st and Tonight
Looks like possible WNW to NW tomorrow. Maybe not nuking, but 15 or so.
Late this afternoon and tonight looks really possible as well, from the south. Where would work for a south/southwest night ride? |

As long as your outta there by 11:00pm when it closes, I guess. With all the bouys, channel markers, and lack of a launch area at the causeway I wouldn't suggest that location for a good night ride....especially since new riders may heed your advice. It's tough enough to ride there during the day. Honeymoon would be a much better option...

You have to leave by then?
Yikes..... I would like to do a downwinder from John's Pass to "near" the undertow if anyone wants to go. I will be there around 9 or so with Donna and one or two others. I will post again in the a.m., but that's the basic plan. |

If it's epic, I may have to call in to let 'em know I'm running late.

Yeah... do that and we can do a DW after you ride a little.
We will be launching just upwind of where you are. I will probably do a few small DW's as opposed to one huge one. |

The wind just started a little from the south and the front is closing in on us.
I checked doppler and Imightsurf. It's blowing 50 up in the panhandle. Last edited by Skyway Scott; 01-02-2008 at 03:44 PM. |
