Florida Keys new kiteboarding adventure

[Keys Kite Charters]

Live on a sailboat and kite the remote flats of the Lower Keys. Keys Kite Charters is starting something new in the Florida Keys! You'll live on a 44' sailboat and we'll anchor out about 12 miles from the main islands. We will use the sailboat as a base and travel to the flats in a 13' Boston Whaler. Using a scuba tank, we inflate the kites and launch from knee deep water on the flats. We return to the sailboat in the evening to fish, take hot showers and relax under the stars. Every trip will be different based on conditions and level of experience. There are miles of flat water in the back country of the Lower Keys regardless of wind direction. These trips are not for beginners this is a remote location and we are not a kiteboarding school.
