Default Volo Kite pump

Has anyone used the Volo kite pump?
Wondering if I should get the air or the CO2?

I looked at the website. 248.00 for the air set up which will inflate 8 10m kites. You'll take one trip to the beach and all your buds will want to use it, so there goes the 8 inflations. Now you have to get it refilled. Getting a tank filled with C02 will be much harder to get than air. Dive shops don't carry C02. Anyone know how much it is to get a scuba tank filled with air? That's another expense. Is it worth having one of these? Maybe the old saying applies about owning a boat vs. knowing someone who owns a boat. Don't get me wrong, I love it when I go out on a boat and they have the tank inflation system, but then again it's kind of hard to use a hand pump on a boat full of people, but in the long run, what's a few pumps on the manual system. Are you that in a hurry to be the first one on the water?

I've done a BUNCH of research on the quickest way to get a kite pumped up. Unless you can take a LARGE air compressor with you or have a scuba tank... I honestly feel that the most 'bang for your buck' is the coleman rechargable inflator, and then top it off with about 10-20 pumps on the manual, hand pump.

Default Superturbo Electric Air Pump

This is the pump you need!

Completely pumps kites to full pressure!(unlike the coleman)
Uses a rechargeable battery, so no trips to the dive shop!!
I have seen it pump 8 kites up on a single charge.
And at about 8lbs. it will hold your kite down (in most conditions), while you walk your lines..

You do have to buy the home plug-in charger seperately @ $24.95
