Traffic out to the beaches today from the 275 exit (54th Ave S) was simply unreal. It took me an hour to get to Tierre Verde to turn left to go to Fort DeSoto. That usually takes me 3 minutes. It was stand still traffic for miles.
Hopefully tomorrow won't be as bad. This is the most crowded I have seen it going to the beaches in at least 12 years.
