i think half the story happened in this guys head.. im ray garcia and though i remember talking to some guy about kiting, the part about landing in a swimming pool is made up.. he obviously invented a lot of elemements for the plot of this story..
anyways, what concerns me is the recent ban on 87st.
anyone here with experience on organizing the beach for kiting? rules, etc?
if we don't organize it we will lose this spot...
