rode backside from about 1:30 til 5pm.. wind had a good solid base of 13 or 14.. I was good on my 13 waroo but switched over to my 16 just to get a little more UMPF..
Few things better to wind down a crappy week than a Friday afternoon session.
As much as a happy hour at a bar is nice.. it can never match the total mind clearing that kiting offers ...unless of course you drink yourself silly.. hahaha
i will say that the Men of the Backside Skyway we out in full force today.. at the beach area there were a number of elderly folks fishing and enjoying the sunshine.. well from the vantage point of the water i could see that just about 50 yards north of them were a bunch of guys going at it.. old folks had no idea .. was pretty funny really..i can imagine them getting back to whatever northern state they are from and saying "we stopped off at this rest area and there was this marvelous beach there where we were all to ourselves.. though.... there were a bunch of cars.. i guess they were out on a boat fishing or something.."
to each their own.. .. I'm the last one to ever put down another persons lifestyle.. but DAMN... get a room.. its just plain ole nasty back there..
