Seriously though, I hope no one gets hurt in this one. 45 to 75 kt.+ gusts? If it turns into a hurricane, those will be the sustained winds with stronger gusts on top of that. The easiest way is to not be out in it. Kiting in these conditions doesn't assure harm every time for extremely skilled riders, just often enough to make it a bad idea. You know like flying a plane drunk, the odds aren't good at all. Rider's choice.
