Kiteboarder In Need Of Rescue? (Updated)
This set of ideas from 2002 was updated for a lifeguard orientation/rescue clinic in June 2007. All kiteboarders should read over and understand this. Pass it along to beach rescue personnel in your area. Constructive input on this is welcome!
