Sounds like a blast Royce, thanks for posting word of it. I went through the BVI on a cat for the HiHo windsurfing races back in 1998 and 2000. The second time I took a couple of kites and boards along. The riding down there can be excellent when the wind is on. The HiHo is held in July as a rule with uncertain winds. February is a different matter altogether I understand, lots of trade wind to use. The varied scenery, a different island every day, great times on the water, under too (the blue water viz. is excellent in the BVI) and fun at night, sounds like just the ticket.
