wouldn't a two kite quiver be a 9 & 16? ( if only that is affordable ?) instead of a 12 & 16?
a 12 & 16 would be a two kite quiver, sure, but it is still not a full kite quiver ( it overlaps, but the 12 is sure a lot more fun!!!!!!!!!) . the full one would be 9, 12, 16
