I thought parts of the west coast might do better too. Still, after talking with them I am not so sure. However, the Tampa area appears to lead the State in storm activity in the summer based upon lightning frequency maps, so who knows?

oh, and if you just aren't getting enough lift with normal sea breezes, you can always try to predict and have a whirl with a waterspout! You might be able to hit cloud base and then some.
