Depends from what prospective you look at it. If you are young and single it might be the place to go but if you are about to get married....well, I wouldn't want my girlfriend to go to Cuba for her party !!! You think she'll let me go ??
Back to TCI, I got few replies from people that I've inquired. Apparently May has not been a good month for wind so we might want to consider the long w/e in June (5th until 8th). No matter where we stay we need a car. This is what I was suggested to stay:
