Attention all kiteboarders. XRated Kiteboarding along with Tiki Beach Watersports will be hosting a Kite Nite event on Fort Lauderdale beach just feet from Tiki Beach. The event will be held at the Treasure Trove located just in front of the Swimming Hall of Fame. Free food and drink specials will whet your appitites as the kite videos play on the televisions that surround the bar as well as the new plasma screen which can be see from across the street. Come and check out all the new 2007 gear, there will be giveaways and a raffle for a new 17.5m Slingshot kite as well. It's been a cruel summer here in South Florida and the winds are about to blow. We owe it to ourselves to come together in celebration of the END OF SUMMER!!! Kiters unite! Let's blow it up!
2007 TAMPA BAY KITEMASTERS - November 2007
This year the TampaBay KiteMasters is kicking off the Florida competitions with a 25 mile downwind race from Honeymoon Island to Bongos Beach Bar on St Pete Beach in NOVEMBER!!! A MAXIMUM of 50 riders will brave chest to overhead choppy swell in this all out cannonball run down the coast. Bring your quarters for the trolley ride because there will NOT be any rescue boats this year. Check out
