yea Corp Beach is a sick setup, park, rig and go all about 25' from your car but not for the timid. aboves a small-med size day, when it blows for a couple days in a row it can get large, epic NW spot for sure, but you need to be able to handle the cold as it's a winter/Northerly front type location and can be wicked cold.
I hit it good last Feb 30+NW huge waves, 40 degree h2o and mid 30 air, the boys have coolers full of super hot water to stick your hands & feet in between sessions.
I love out of control storm surf and look fwd to Jupiter this winter, renting a place there for 3 months, super stoked for warm water
