Are you sure thats a good idea to have a demo at Manatee. Its a public park not a public beach access, very small, boardwalk runs across the entire lenght of access to the water. The only way to launch is a very small 15-20 foot wide access point surrounded by trees and mangroves.
West wind is dead on shore. It will be very difficult to launch and ride out unless you are very experienced.
I was just there and opted not to launch from there. Boat access to a small sand bar wwould be better and safer.
