http://www.tckiteboard.com/ in Ft. Pierce. Waves offer some different challenges from flat water with Jupiter serving up some fairly heavy shoreside surf in season.
In addition to that, you might head down to kite beach in Jupiter and try to meet guys. Help out launching and landing kites and observing. If you pay attention and ask some good questions you should pickup quite a bit of good information about getting around in that launch area.
