I looked over the cause and it appears that the group is targeting the SUNCRUZ Casino ship out of John's Pass?
The company that owns the Cruz line has decided to pull out of John's Pass due to competition with the Seminole Indians.

I'm not sure if the Surfrider group that has organized the protest is aware of this fact. If so, I dont think that the purpose of the protest will be effective if the boat is shutting down its activities here. There are much bigger fish in the sea....Good publicity for the organization sponsoring the protest...
