Not much wind, first off. But, imo.. that is a classic case of needing to sheet out a little. When kites "taco bell" like that, you have too much rear line pressure.
Push the bar away from you as it begins to do that. 3 more knots and you wouldn't have even noticed.
You should really keep the kite moving as much as possible to (left to right) in that low stuff.
I actually like tuning my kites in that crap wind, cuz then you know exactly where the point is where the kite is flying less efficiently (when it starts going backwards in light wind, it has drag in a little more wind).
