About a year ago I made a bet with Gaysian Roy Shaw, local rider (now in Panama City). I wanted to make a post congratulating him on winning that bet. You see, Roy bet me that he would not be engaged to his beautiful girlfriend and another of our beloved kiters, Linda Mangun within a year. I hope he was in the doghouse for a while for making that bet Linda...anyway, I want to give Roy his props for winning the bet (in about 20 minutes he wins because the bet ends on June 1, I expect him to pop the question on June 2...LOL) and to state that I will gladly pay up. You will now see me pumping up his kite 5 times per our wager. I need to charge up my Coleman electric pumps...LOL!!! Anyway for those of you who do not know Roy, I have included a picture of him watching one of our other favorite locals, Mexico Erick Lou as he is kiteboarding.
