all depends on the direction. northeasterlies thats usially the case, strong in the morning and possably picking up late afternoon but hasent been the case lately as much as in past years. Southerlies are usially best in the early afternoons and seabreezes usially late afternoons. northwest cold fronts all depend on the time of the front's passing.
