The Downwind Poker Run:
Saturday is calling for light northeast wind and a decent little swell. We will be setting up at John Sheppard Park which is right across from the shop. The address here is 150 E. Columbia Lane, Cocoa Beach 32931. If there is no wind, then we will still do the run to Coconuts Bar and Grill with any vessel/vehicle you feel like using. Surfboards, SUPs, Landboard, inflatable whales...etc. Creativity will be awarded!!! If there is wind...then we will make the run a little longer and go to 13th St South. Flags will be up to show the stops and endpoints. Come hang out! We are planning on hanging out around 10am so try to make at least by noon if ya can. The actual run will depend on the weather but will not be any later than 3:00 and earlier than 1:00. At 6:00 we be at the shop and give out the awards. We have some great prizes and will be selling raffle tickets! The top 3 poker hands will have first pick and the rest will be raffled off. People will be given the chance to trade, buy and sell with each other at this point. After the kiteswap, we will head to Sandbar for drinks, food and trouble.
