You mean gay-bor? Storm..don't even consider going to that place. It's ghetto and full of ferries. If coming to Tampa, hit up channelside for a good time. It's got a ton of bars and clubs and is in a nice area. If you're in Orlando, hit up boardwalk at Universal or church street in the dowtown area. Both fun places..again, many bars/clubs.
