Lots of folks have gone there and benefitted from it. At the same time there have been some injuries too. Just heard about a new one today and on a KNEE board?! Another kiter has to have reconstructive knee surgery. So, take it easy if you go there, most folks don't suffer any serious injury. Still, there are exceptions.
