I will let them respond with their particular information but I did want to say for your best learning experience you'll want to consider learning in shallow water and your condo at the moment might have a drop off, so keep that in mind, not knowing exactly where you live.
I have had both experiences and I can tell you learning in shallow water in ALOT easier.
