Blew like mad north county on Sunday and Monday. Starting to realize that the Bay is not always the place to be and there are a ton more options out there if you are willing to drive a bit. Gabe and I were lit all morning on Sunday till around 2pm, and found some 20 knot winds on Monday from the SW. Was rainy but the wind was excellent. Did a nice downwinder to Honeymoon and then rode the inside flat behind Caladesi until sundown. The day ended with an unexpected sunset after the storm passed, a full double rainbow in the east, and some tired musces after 4 hours of riding in the gulf. Without question one our most memorable sessions. Landed my first 720 of a lip. Guess I should go back and try a 360.
What a great way to start of 2007.
