My name is A.J. Morgan, the U.S. Examiner for PASA..We would like to let everyone know, that "b" did take the ICP Course with Us in March 2008..Now, He did take the "Course", but He never followed up on "Getting Certified"..He did meet the requirements set by PASA to take the "Course", but never filed His paperwork..i.e, Student feed-back forms, Emergency Protocol, Ground Lesson Form, Water Lesson Form, etc..If a Student comes to the Course, and does not meet the requirements set by PASA or IKO to fill out the proper paperwork in a given time frame, then they CAN NOT say that "They are certified", from PASA or IKO's point of view..

PASA does not keep anyone from taking the ICP Course as long as you meet the requirements to be a Level Three Kiteboarder, that level could be different in IKO, but they too have their standards.

So, "b" did take the Course, but never followed up on the "Certification to be an Instructor" thru PASA..The Student must show proof to PASA that He/She has taught over 30 New Student's/Newbie's to the Sport, to be considered a Level One Instructor thru PASA...Those are the rules...60 or more Students to be a Level Two Instructor, etc., etc..

So in PASA's eyes, "b" is NOT a Certified PASA Instructor, like He is portraying to be..
