UPDATE

The 2008 KiteMasters Race is NOT going to be held tomorrow. Although the wind looks as if it may be sufficient at times it does not seem as if it will top 18 knots for much of the day. This could cause huge problems for riders when passing through downtown where the wind is notoriously 5 knots lighter. It is also expected to lighten up as the day goes along which will make SPEED RUNS impossible.

We will continue waiting for the right conditions. Hopefully it will be soon... and on a weekend.

I plan on heading to the Gandy tomorrow at noon to do a test run of the course if the wind is above 17. If anyone wants to go then contact me today or tomorrow morning.
