agreeing on sign - phase one.
getting sign(s) made - phase two
getting signs mounted - phase three..
there has been some talk about phase 2 and 3.. but not too much.
i do know that for the skyway we are looking for minimal to zero involvement w/ officials if possible. might not be possible tho..
