Either one of these places can hook you up with the lessons. I have not dealt much with XL but have heard nothing but good things about them. My experience with Emerald Coast has been nothing short of exceptional. Panama City Beach is going to be closer than Pensacola or Fort Walton. If you want to ride some great flat water spots let me know when you get down this way.
