I don't know if any of you kiters have interest in other water sports. If you do, you're in luck because the 2006 US Open Waterski Finals are being held Saturday night at downtown disney after the expo show. Its the first water sports tournament to be held at night and they partnered with Disney, the Surf Expo and Mastercraft to take care of the production. The top skiers in the world will be there competing. For anyone that wants to stick around after the surf show, the tournament is free for spectators and will be held from 7pm to 10pm. The order of events is posted on the website

I am going for sure. For anyone that doesn't want to drive back at night, there are group rates avaiable for waterskiing spectators at one of the disney resorts. Let me know if you want more info.
Even if you're not "into" waterskiing, i can guarantee you that the tournament will be exciting. From 200 feet jumps off a ramp to CRAZY tricks to slalom on VERY short lines with VERY fast boat speeds... its definitely an outdoor sports enthusiasts event and we can hopefully talk to some of THEM into coming to our next event!!!!!!
