Sorry, OBX is short for the "Outer Banks" of North Carolina or Cape Hatteras. I would checkout the wind archives at
http://www.ikitesurf.com/ for more info. I went up there twice and was also largely skunked for wind. Going to many places for five days you risk missing the wind at times.
